With the rise of lifestyle-related conditions, there is a growing need for proper guidance. My goal is to help you navigate this confusion and find a healthier path forward. With two decades of experience, I've learned that while nutrition can seem complex, the fundamentals are not. My focus is on the six interconnected pillars of a healthy lifestyle: optimal nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, stress management, strong relationships, and avoiding risky substances. By addressing these key areas, we can work toward restoring your health and well-being.

My Interest for health and wellness was cultivated during my childhood years in the Fiji Islands. Surrounded by nature and blessed with year-round access to fresh and local produce, I believe set the stage. This foundational interest was further solidified throughout high school, where practical cooking classes and public speaking opportunities, such as presenting on World Food Day and Consumer Rights Day, reinforced my commitment to the field.
I went on to study nutrition and biology at the University of the South Pacific before moving to Edmonton, Alberta in 2004 and continuing my studies at the University of Alberta.
Although a challenge prevented me from completing my university degree, this experience guided me toward a holistic approach to wellness. I bring a unique and insightful perspective, blending academic foundation of university studies with knowledge from alternative holistic schools and various other credible education institutions.
While working part-time in a supplement store in Edmonton , I continued my studies at Alive Academy. By 2008, after four years of hands-on experience in the industry, With the generous help and support of others, I was ready to take the next significant step in my career: purchasing a supplement store in Calgary and took up more studies from school such as Canadian School Of Natural Nutrition. For the next 16 years before closing my store in May of 2024. It's been my honor to guide people on their health and wellness journeys for nearly two decades.
As my passion continued to grow by God's graces so did my desire to continue learning and helping others. With the rise of health conditions and extraordinary conflicting health advice I feel there is a growing need for proper guidance.

The abundance of misinformation in the health and wellness industry revealed a crucial gap between my formal education and my professional career in the health and wellness industry. This pervasive
misinformation motivated me to seek a clearer understanding. I chose to deepen my knowledge and understanding focusing specifically on human nutrition supported by
sound scientific research. This allowed me to bridge that knowledge gap so that I can guide you with greater clarity and confidence.
After closing my store in May of 2024, I invested time in updating my stuides by taking executive education courses at institutions such as Harvard Medical School and the Dr. T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies. With rigorous studies on evidence based approach to restoring health.
My goal is to help you navigate through this confusion of misinformation and find a healthier path forward by offering a compassionate, evidence-based approach to empower you with the knowledge needed to make lasting changes to your health.

My Consultation begins with a one-hour initial assessment. To make the most of our time together, you'll first fill out a comprehensive questionnaire and keep a 3-day food and lifestyle journal for me to review beforehand.
After your first visit, we'll schedule follow-up appointments as needed, available in either 30- or 60-minute sessions. These are your time to share what's working and what's challenging you. We'll fine-tune your plan with specific, new recommendations tailored to your unique needs, whether it's adjusting your diet, introducing new wellness practices, or customizing things based on a diagnosis.
As you begin to feel better, we'll introduce new wellness aspects and adjust your plan as your health improves.
The ultimate goal is for you to feel confident and empowered to move forward on your own, but I be here to guide and support you for as long as you need us. We will move at a pace that works for you.

Just like with the 60-minute visit, this 30-minute session is all about checking in on your progress. How have the recommendations from our last visit been working for you ?. We'll monitor how things are going and fine-tune your Holistic Health plan. Together, we'll decide if you're ready to continue on your own or if you'd like more support. I am here to help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

I will sent you a Discovery call questionnaire that you would need to fill out before the discovery call.
I will sent you a verification email that should allow you to verify your email address to complete your set with the Better practice app-the online platform that I use to book and manage appointments. I will also be emailing you the intake questionnaire, nutrition and lifestyle 3 day Journal, assumption of risk and liability form and Confidentiality Agreement form that you will need to read, sign and submit before your first session.
Replenish requires a minimum of 1 business days notice for cancellation or make change to appointment times. A business day is interpreted as Monday through Friday, 10;30 a.m to 3;30 p.m, excluding weekends and holidays. Cancellations made with less than 1 business days notice or missed appointment will result in a full session cancellation fee.
Yes! Even if you are inexperienced with computer technology you will be surprised how easy it is to use. All you need is a web camera on your computer. At the beginning of your appointment, all you will need to do is click on the website link we’ve provided you with to access our private Zoom room or practice better platform chat. At the start of your appointment, I will provide you with an access code to begin the videoconference.
